Soup (broth) and bbq skewers are pretty tasty and authentic. Will come back again. Wished that the refilling of soup can be more meaningfully priced.

This is the finest place for lamb I have encountered in Houston; from the very first bite, I could taste the authenticity of Chinese cuisine. The portions are easy to overorder for one person, so I would strongly recommend coming with a party of three or more. During peak seasons and holidays, it is best to arrive early, as reservations are not available.

We ordered the Lamb Skewer & Naan combo, Lamb Dices of Toothpick, Hot Pot with two different broths, fried peanuts, and cucumber salad. The highlight of the meal was the lamb—exceptionally fresh, tender, and well-seasoned. The lamb skewers were cooked perfectly, with bold spices that enhanced the meat without overpowering it, and the naan was fluffy and fresh, making it an excellent pairing. The lamb dices were flavorful and addictive, ideal as a shareable appetizer. Overall, Maad Lamb Cuisine delivers top-quality lamb, a buzzing atmosphere, and warm service.
